We are looking for Chief Risk Management officer - International Compliance to work with following skills sets;

Risk Manager- International compliance - Should have done risk management in global equity markets. Should have knowledge of trading risk in London/Dubai/Shanghai/Chicago markets. Rest all risk management points like Risk management officer JD as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

This role will focus on creating, designing and implementing a risk function that supports the strategic goals of the Group Companies.

Setting the vision and strategy for the enterprise risk function working in conjunction with all other senior leadership across the Group.

Building a robust risk management framework and architecture for the Capital Markets, bringing together a number of teams (operational risk, credit administration, enterprise risk management, interest rate and market risk, stress testing, modeling and analytics) and managing the enterprise wide risk. Knowledge of Derivatives and Capital markets is a must.

Building and leading a highly collaborative and proactive risk function that is able to navigate the increasingly complex business and regulatory environment that the Group operates in, India as well as globally.

Ensuring a system-wide view and understanding of the combined risks of the business and their inter-relationships (interest rate risk, liquidity risk, operating risk, credit risk, reputational risk, regulatory risk).

Formulating and articulating a coherent risk appetite and infrastructure, including operating and financial models.

Embedding a positive culture of confident and informed risk-taking through training, communication and promotion of the agreed risk framework.

Partnering effectively with third parties, regulatory bodies and others, as appropriate and serving as a role model for high personal and corporate ethical values and standards of integrity.

Responsible for compiling, assessing and reporting risk information to the top management and the Board

What we are looking for :

Good knowledge and grasp of financial markets, derivatives & debt instruments and awareness of the country regulatory framework.

Strong analytical and dispute resolution skills. Ability to make independent decisions with a strong sense of empowerment and leadership skills to command the respect of a cross functional set of professionals at senior level (internal and external) working in open ended situations.

Communication Skills: Effectively interact with the leadership at the Group level and also with the Board as appropriate.

Influencing: Influence decisions with internal stakeholders.

Ethical Standards: Must have high ethical standards, credibility and a commitment to best practices.

Teamwork: Actively collaborate through communicating fully and openly, while showing a deep respect for others.

External Relationship Management: Respected authority who can represent the firm in front of regulators, legislators and other key constituents.

8+ years of experience in different environment.

Post Graduate degree from any discipline
