Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us in this mission, with a focus on business growth, strategic planning, capability building, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

Together with other members of the executive team, you will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening operations. You will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.

Objectives of this Role :

- Drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability for improving the individual customer experience and strategy. Target to grow new business in the tune of - 5 M yoy.

- Monitor and grow the revenue pipeline and leads, to create sustainable growth

- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's revenue-generating departments. Target to grow the existing business units by 30% yoy.

- Offering development and market awareness through marketing messaging.

- Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way

- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation

- Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, and develop future plans

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

- Lead the sales team to Monitor and analyze opportunities for new business development, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.

- Lead regular (weekly/monthly) reviews with existing customer base to ensure that we are increasing that by 30% yoy.

- Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure that the customers are getting the required delivery on daily basis.

- Collaborate with the marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals

- Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions

- Participate in contract negotiations

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years in diversified leadership roles in talent / recruitment organizations , driving and implementing revenue growth.

- Significant general management and P&L experience

- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy

- Proven track record of growing revenue through new capability development, marketing, branding, and partnerships

- History of decision-making based on business metrics

- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA-or equivalent advanced degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes or Strong technical experience

- Academically strong background
