Looking for a leader to drive growth and business success for brand as Chief Business/Growth Officer. As one of the key leaders we expect this person to help define the product roadmap to align with the vision of the brand, drive user acquisition and retention along with driving the P&L.

Key Accountabilities:

Strategy and Vision:

- Design and implement an integrated long-term product and growth strategy for the business in line with Brand positioning and revisit the same in line with changing Business Dynamics

- Set medium term targets and short-term milestones to appraise the progress in line with the long-term strategy. Monitor performances and intervene/ guide in case of deviations

- Ensure that all departments work in sync with the business's vision and long-term targets.

Business Financials:

- Responsible for creation and implementation of business plan

- Ensure business's top-line and bottom-line are met/ exceeded

- Keep Inventory turns, Working Capital and Cashflow in check

- Drive user acquisition and retention at optimal costs

- Drive brand partner brand success

- Drive revenue across each business stream

Business development & Marketing

- Ensure that the brand Imagery is sharply carved out and appropriately conveyed to the customer

- Drive growth of the business by onboarding brands

- To enhance customer experience at various touch points and improve customer feedback scores

Team Building;

- Play the vital role of holding the teams together so that each team works towards the common goal

- Provide direction, motivation and empowerment to the people in the team.

- Build leadership bench for all critical positions. Focus on competency development and adequate recognition across levels

Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 colleges preferred

- 8+ years of experience in hyper growth environment preferably from a D2C / consumer tech start-up (footwear exp is preferred)

- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

- Professional work ethics and leadership qualities

- Creative and solution-oriented

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Location - Mumbai
