About the role - National Level role - Involves travelling - Initially the position will be based in Bangalore but after 1-2 years, it can be based anywhere in India. Key Responsibilities - Set up and lead all Sales Channels with special focus on General Trade Channel - Interaction with the investors - Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals - Appoint dealers and Distributors - Strengthening the width and depth of distribution of the product in the Region - Assisting sales personnel in their technique - Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term - Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings - Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements Skill Requirements - Ideal candidate should have handled all forms of sales especially General Trade - Should have understanding of all forms of sales - People with experience from a start-up preferred - Should have handled a region / multiple states - Ideal candidate should have worked in the field also - Should have good communication skills and an entrepreneurial bent of mind - Education - MBA preferred - Experience 2-3 years post MBA or 5-8 years post other PG
