- Building and owning a comprehensive GTM strategy across multiple customer segments, sales channels and geographies aligned with the company's overall goals
- Driving end-to-end marketing including product positioning, brand visibility, lead generation and sales development
- Enhancing performance of revenue generating functions through defined metrics and best practice sales processes and methodologies
- Championing a customer-oriented approach to ensure a superior customer experience
- Owning marketing and sales elements of customer acquisition cost to ensure highest ROI for each product
- Developing comprehensive strategies for effective management and recovery of stressed accounts
- Providing regular reports to the leadership team on revenue performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on revenue-related goals
What we are looking for:
Experience:
- 20-25+yearsof experience including holding cross-functional leadership roles
- Significant experience in general management and P&L ownership
- Experience with SMB focused financial services companies
- Founder experience in scaling up an organization from scratch
- Education and/or experience in the US would be advantageous
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from Reputed Institutions
