Chief Retail Officer/Business Head - Offline

- Lead, develop, grow and support the retail channel and related areas in delivering on established business goals.

- Must bring a collaborative and conscious leadership style as well as experience in executing business plans in order to generate top performers within the areas of responsibility.

- Demonstrate effective leadership skills, create a positive work environment where employees thrive, and the organization achieves desired results.

- Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member by inspiring others through your words and embracing our mission, vision and core values.

- At least 10 years overall exp ( at least 5 yrs in offline retail operations and business preferably in apparel space )

- A more generalist profile/ background from consulting preferred MUCH MORE than sheer experience in retail

- Strong educational pedigree - top college engineering, MBA

- Hustler and problem-solving attitude preferred over sheer experience.
