Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize strategies of product roadmap for both mobile and web platforms for strategic scaling to become an omnipresent and dynamic brand
- Crafting innovative products for website, analytics, backend, quality etc and front product management, UI/UX
- Design engaging user experiences, scalable systems, data platforms and cutting-edge data science applications
- Restructure user journeys and interaction flow to increase conversion rates on all platforms
- Manage a team of engineers and product managers for ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination and understanding of product requirements.

- Relationship Management: Ability to partner effectively with all the stakeholders and is solution focused.
Experience :
- Has previously worked in a growing start-up environment and understands the eco-system.
- 10+ years of overall experience in a similar role with leading product innovations preferably from a D2C industry
