Job Description :

- Identify customer and market requirements for product innovation all the way to successful roll out and adoption.

- Define key growth parameters/hacks for tech adoption.

- Identification of automation opportunities within internal processes.

- Engage with market leaders/innovators for possible technology collaboration.

- Provide support for increasing sales around IT solutions.

- Ensure 99.9% up-time of IT infrastructure including internet across all locations.

- Drive overall vision with Technology & Product base to bring forth cutting edge. innovations which shall create niche forthecompany in the market.

Mandatory Background :

- Ideal candidate shall bring 15-25 Years of experience in similar area.

- Must have worked in fast-paced startup environment.

- Should have demonstrable achievements in the areas of innovation and ROI around them.

- Extensive understanding of cutting-edge software technology platform in website development, Mobile App, AI and ML.

- Extensive experience in leading engineering and product developers team.

- Should have full stack knowledge of web and mobile product development
