Chief Product Officer About Our Client : - Our client is a leading organisation in the Food-Tech space, with one of the largest number of restaurant chains in India. A clear focus on growth and leveraging on its existing product they are currently in the middle of a phenomenal growth trajectory both in domestic and international markets - like Southeast Asia, Middle East & Western Europe. They are looking for a Chief Product Officer as a part of their executive leadership team based out of Mumbai. Job Description : Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role will be responsible for : - Be the organizational owner of the product portfolio conceptualization, development and evolution charter. Create, manage and own the overall product portfolio of the business, including strategic (long term) and tactical (short term) products - Sharp and incisive product mindset with a strategic bent for technology and business, consumer centricity and relentless improvement - Deep cross-functional skills and exposure of synergistic partnership with technology and marketing teams - Manage product development requirements through effective writing / drawing and fine-tuning those requirements based on engagement with customers, cross-functional organizations and other stakeholders. Intuitively gauge a project's scope, constraints and ability to execute well. Envision and plan for changes that improve the outcomes or efficiency of the product portfolio - Drive product teams forward through a deep understanding of customer profile and industry domain, core problem solving and design thinking skills. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the overall competitive landscape, key customer segments and growth drivers / challenges in industry segments - Build fluid market leading and rich consumer experience on mobile and desktop, build new and optimize existing UI / UX, envision and enrich consumer digital journey and conversion, build a massively scalable front end environment to add numerous brands and use cases to the existing portfolio. - Drive productivity, integration and efficiency tools and products for internal users in light of the fully integrated business model of the company across production, robotics, supply chain and logistics, last mile delivery and payments. Requirements : - Blue-chip academic pedigree with BS / MS and preferably MBA from Ivy League or Tier 1 colleges - 10+ years of core experience in product management, preferably full-stack (i.e. both front-end and backend products) - History of scaling revenue metrics (managed a direct P&amp;L) on an e-commerce B2C platform, with engineering exposure; and experience in managing scale (e.g. 10 mn+ app install environment) - Drive metrics such as online traffic, conversions, ATV, basket size, CAC, LTV - Deep sense of customer responsiveness, and UI/UX design sensitivity.
