Job Description :&nbsp; - To build product roadmap for multiple products. - Lead and mentor a team of cross functional product managers - Work directly with the executive leadership in creating and further enhancing a world class product - Champion the voice of the customers and build a reliable, scalable and secure product - End-to-end responsibility for defining product features and creating product requirement documents - Work closely with the engineering team in refining and running the product development process The Successful Applicant : - 14+ years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of progressive product management experience in a leadership position. - Proven track record in building and scaling fintech products at scale. - Understanding of rural India is highly desirable. - MBA/Masters from a Tier 1 college in India/overseas - Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
