Job Profile :

We are looking for a Product Leader with over 10years to 20 years working experience and 4years to 10years in leadership profile.

We are looking for an expert in B2C product expertise.

Candidate must have exposure to build Scale / Saleable Products.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in owning the complete product cycle - having taken multiple products from ideation to launch stage.

You must have a great customer centric approach. Customer first attitude.

You should be curious about products, customers and have a deep passion to build products which are led by Data at its core and technology at heart.

We are looking for someone who can partner with business leaders, understand the P&L, business strategy, GTM and execution at a high level.

Responsibilities :

Work with cross-functional teams such as business leaders, UI/UX, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Ops.

Working closely with different business units to understand the products, customer journey, and how to build the world class products.

Demonstrative experience working with multiple technology platforms. Exposure working with engineering leaders, architects and design future roadmap of products.

Ability to lead the product teams.

Strong data analytics approach.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science and/or related field

- Professional experience in a product management or analytical role

- Solutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment

- Exceptional customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
