We're looking for "Chief Product Officer" for one of the leading Ed-tech companies in India.

Responsibilities:
You'll be managing other product managers, collaborating with the engineering, marketing, and support teams, as well as providing the overall vision for the product road map.
- Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables
- Product life cycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across multiple product lines.
- Lead manage and mentor a team of product managers
- Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
- Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
- Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.
- Own the product road map and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage strategic marketing plans for each product or product line.
- Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product.
- Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.
- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product management (strong experience in building consumer products)
- Minimum of 5 years of management and leadership experience, managing/coaching/mentoring a team of product managers professionals
- Proven advanced skills in Product management with results
- Experience of launching and driving adoption of consumer digital products
- Experience with leading in change across multi-functional teams
- Strong documented leadership skills
- Must possess proficient management skills, effective communications skills, strategic thinking and planning skills, understanding of non-financial areas of the business such as information technology and legal, understanding industry trends and market forces, leadership and motivation skills.
