Chief Product Officer - eCommerce

We are looking for a BE premier school graduate with about 12-15 years experience from any of the top e-commerce organizations 

Description : 

Be a Part of leadership team to envision state of art product portfolio in context and drive its execution leading to faster growth. Work on solid prescience of customer needs and profiles and create product that outplaces. The role will bring all insights regarding business and customer needs for current and future and use it to create a world place product positions.

Broad Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and execute the Product strategy and define the go to market road map

- Identify product development gaps in line with business objective & create solutions to enable growth

- Work on specific business related growth matrices and identify product improvements to impact them in line with the growth targets

- Partner with functional and product management teams to deliver business needs and provide input to the strategic direction of product development, directly influencing the business direction of new and existing products

- Develop strategic, analytical and financial quantitative and qualitative frameworks for each project and ensure sound decision are made for growth & efficiency

- Continuously Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

- Partner with engineering team to align the technology and Product organizations and take key strategic decisions

- Build and lead a strong & agile product team, which is ahead of the curve & engaged in creating one of the most successful next generation e-commerce products in India
