- Hiring for the role of Head of Product, with a leading Tech/ BFSI group based all over the country, with 50,000+ employees. The firm is looking forward to bringing in Blockchain technology & "Proof of concept", in all the transactions.
- For the same, we need a hands on Product Leader who is hands on with the entire product lifecycle, plus who can also lead the P&L for this new business initiative. This will be a team handling role and can be based out of Delhi NCR or Bangalore locations.

- Drive action throughout the organisation to get products to market
- Collaborate with seniors stakeholders across the org to advance our the consumer based product suite.
- Keep track of the health and success of our products by listening to customers as well.
- Watch the numbers and be data-driven in your approach. Drive the creation of new insights by using the data analytics team.
- Evaluate new product opportunities and work on consistent improvement in the product suite.
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
- Solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter; should have good team management skills.
- Strong grasp of information architecture and user experience best practices
Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities
