Chief Product Officer - Consumer Internet

Be responsible for leading all product functions in the company including product conceptualization and planning, UX/UI, MIS and growth, across multiple products that we build in partnership with operators. CPO will be an evangelist, within the company as well as in relation to operators, for product excellence in competitive market. You will

- Collaborate around the creation of new and existing features

- Transform the way a telco interacts with consumers to market, sell, and support its products and services

- Reimagine the entire customer experience, with a mobile first focus, and building a portfolio of new products and services, designed to deliver real top-line growth

- Help craft phenomenal products that are world-class

- Build and manage product roadmap in line with our operator partners and strategy

- Be responsible for breaking down product features and implementing all product features across different mobile platforms

- Engaging closely with the engineering team to figure out the best way to implement these features from a technical and user experience point of view

- Build, lead and mentor product managers who lead respective products

Must have -

You must have:

- Hands-on demonstrated experience in atleast one or two consumer internet products on mobile (including mobile apps) throughout product lifecycle (i.e.,concept -- build -- iterate -- growth)

- Experience in leveraging data in products for personalization, recommendation or advertisement based on users' profile, preference and behavior

- Passion for product excellence and great user experience

- Growth-hacking mindset to experiment, iterate and drive growth

- Obsessive about data and analytics

- Keeps learning and can handle rapid changes in market and environment

- Engineering background or equivalent understanding in tech

- Understanding and being able to build business models around product

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to think afresh and solve real customer problems, not just implement great features

- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
