- Leading a team of 8-10 from Raw material purchase , engineering purchase and sourcing

- Reduction of material cost by 3-4 % which currently constitutes 58 % of Sales.

- Reduction of inventory from 1 month to 2 weeks.

- Integration of Raw Material, Engineering and sourcing

- Implementing best practices in Sourcing

- Introducing new technologies to manage the sourcing and purchasing process effectively

- Upgrading vendor selection and relations keeping quality in mind.

- Sourcing from China as a strategy.

- Establish long term relationships with vendors/suppliers

- Understand own peoples pain points and help /collaborate with them

- Improve Bargaining Power With Suppliers

- Manage 200-250 SKU’s

- Look at alternate sources for imports apart from china

- Looking at new suppliers for new products being developed
