Our clients are a pioneering education organization providing graduate and postgraduate level programs in IT, Management, and Finance through over 30 locations across India.

Our clients seek an accomplished placement head based in Bangalore to head the Pan-India permanent and internship placement programs.

Job Description:

- Develop strong relationships with Corporate HR and Talent Acquisition Heads

- Organize Placement Drives

- Coordinate internally for identifying new programs to be developed and delivered

- Achieve the placement vision of the organization

- Will lead a team of 6-9 regional placement officers

- Will travel to the program delivery locations across India to establish corporate connections

Candidate Profile:

- Graduates / Post-Graduates with 8 - 15 years of experience in reputed Universities or Institutes

- Must have excellent contacts with corporates who hire IT/ Management students

- Must have led a team of at least 2 - 3 members

- The position is based in Bangalore and is expected to be closed in the next four weeks.
