Job title (designation & department): Chief People Officer (HR Department)
Location- Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain company-wide people policies, procedures and programs that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Manage all aspects of human resources including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession planning, Compensation & benefits, Reward & Recognition, Training & Development, employee engagement, and compliance (IR, ER)
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs
- Work with the company's executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company. - Lead company-wide continuous feedback and performance review process
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Provide strategic input on implementing change strategies to improve working relationships, build employee engagement and retention.
- Manage and resolve occasional employee and industry relation issues; conduct effective, thorough investigations and serve as an objective, third party in mediating conflict
- Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal-opportunity employer

- 12+ years of experience in HR and MBA in HR from a premier B-school
- In-depth knowledge of applicable employment and labor laws in India - Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent leadership abilities, communication, and problem-solving skills - Open to travel to different office/plant locations
- Experience of working in a start-up/ multi-location manufacturing organization is a plus
