Role: Chief People Officer (18-20 Years) Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing and executing strategic HR plans in line with business objectives. - Develop new &amp; upscale existing HR policies &amp; procedures across the organization, ensuring consistency in all policies and procedures manuals and any document relating to policies or procedures. - Design a Performance Management System, Talent Retention program and Succession Planning for the organization. - Modify or Formulate &amp; implement various compensation &amp; incentive policies, rewards &amp; recognition program and communicating them. Benchmark the C&amp;B practices. - Responsible for implementation of strategies for manpower planning, training &amp; development and employee engagement. Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs. - Experience in handling HR functions in large scale organizations with multiple branches in Pan India. - Responsible for the preparation of HR Budget for Talent Acquisition and Training, HR Manpower Utilization Matrix, HR Dashboards and for providing HR metrics to aid decision making. Formulating long and short-term budgets &amp; conducting operations as per budgeted parameters - Create a competency framework for employees across the organization to facilitate the succession plan to retain talent. - Handling disciplinary matters, compliance &amp; implementation of various provisions regarding health, safety, and welfare of the employees under various acts. - Build an effective employee communication stream across the organization at all levels. Requirements: - Professional with specialization in HR - Between 18-20 years- work experience preferably in the BFSI or Service Industry. - Must possess strong Business Acumen. - Experience in strategic planning. - Excellent leadership abilities. - Communication and problem-solving skills. - Post-Graduation in MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes.
