Chief Operations Officer - Operations - Waste Management Firm

We are hiring for Chief Operations Officer to look after all operations of waste Management company.

Desired skill:- Should be capable of developing and entire Plan and manage the show henceforth. Team management experience would be preferred.

Working Days:-6

Looking for a candidate working in MNC or Ex-MNC employee in FMGC, Environment etc. Sectors in the sustainability or environment related department who has passion in the same field and wants to run whole company by his own in terms of waste management.

Job roles and responsibilities :

1. Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

2. Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success

3. Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision

4. Oversee daily operations and the work of executives

5. Lead employees with an example

6. Be a motivator for other employees

7. Analyze and interpret data and metrics

8. Create reports for the management

9. Take the lead in expansion activities

10. Maintain relationships with partners and vendors

Qualification - A degree in Environment would be suitable or any master degree with passion for Environment Works.
