Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

- COO is the principal driver of class delivery operations, academic and administrative head/leader of eVidyaloka along with partner and volunteer engagement/ operations

- COO to understand the academic framework of different states in the country and provide/promote academic excellence with proper scheduling and monitoring of performance vs plan

- COO to understand the academic objective/structure right from understanding the school curricula, relevant assessment criteria, measure student achievements, revise teaching methodology, create impact framework for betterment in scholastics, revise and update learning outcomes not just to academics but the overall child development (particularly in the context of rural education scenario)

- COO to lead the Operations delivery team, work, engage with all stakeholders - internally and externally to achieve maximum benefit to teaching engagement of the rural children. The Operations team will be located across various Regions.
