Chief Operations Officer - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the operations of the hospital, ensuring all services are delivered with clinical excellence, efficiency, and compassion.

- Spearhead quality assurance initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement in patient care and safety.

- Manage senior administrative and clinical staff, fostering a culture of leadership, professional development, and accountability.

- Oversee the hospital's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to ensure the institution's financial health.

- Enhance patient satisfaction through improved service delivery processes and patient engagement strategies.

- Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and retain skilled healthcare professionals.

- Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
