Chief Operation Officer - Cotton Textile

Location : Kalol, District - Gandhinagar

Job profile :

- Looking after production / operations of all Processing Departments from Spinning to Finish Folding of Textile Division

- Looking after Manpower Management in all Departments of Processing & PPC, Marketing, Engineering of Textile Division

- Target Achievement in terms of Cost Reduction / Profit Margin / Risk Analysis of Textile Business

- Cost / Budget of Textile Business

- Coordination with Purchase / Accounts / Marketing / Corporate HR

- General Meeting with Management for Business related Issues

- Control on all departments activities through reports for Quality Checking / Raw Materials Status for Production / Production Planning against Orders

- New Product Development Strategy as per Market Scenario

Requirements :

- Candidate who can handle whole Process of Cotton Textile (From Spinning - Weaving - Dyeing - Bleaching - Finishing - Grey Folding & Inspections - Finish Folding & Dispatch).

- Candidate's experience is from Cotton Textile (not from Polyester / Fabric) and that is of Process & Operations.

- Should have thorough Knowledge of System / Process of Cotton Textile

- Should have depth Knowledge of all machinery used in Cotton Textile Mfg.
