I am working on a COO position, corporate travel

Mumbai based role.

Co is into Leisure & Corporate Travel, MICE & Tourism, Travel Reservations, Hotel Bookings, FX, Foreign Travel itineraries, Corporate Incentive Meetings

The client is a reputed Indian group and is looking at candidates with experience in corporate travel/MICE/hotel/ airlines/ Ticketing cos/ travel portals etc and should have handled P&L responsibility for the entire business & this needs to be highlighted in your profile clearly with figures.

This is a pan India responsibility leading the entire business and over seeing finance, HR, mktg, OPERATIONS .

The ideal candidate comes with around 17-20 years of experience in hospitality sector

Role - Grow Mice & corporate travel business

Forge cost effective alliances with service providers like airlines, hotels, etc.

Reduce cost of operations and increase PLBs - product linked bonuses.

Responsible for the entire operations and P&L of the business.

Manage and motivate a pan India team.

Candidate should be a well regarded professional heading the entire ops and Business, P&L currently.

with a substantial experience of handling senior mgt. positions.

CTC around 50-60 lacs, negotiable, based on the current compensation, experience.
