Chief Operating Officer - Telecom

Looking for a inspiring C-Suite leader and a Turnaround Specialist

- Spearheading the gamut of tasks related to customer acquisition(B2B and B2C), customer engagement and service, new product development, revenue generation, driving customer level profitability, customer retention, brand building, cross functional synergy and OPEX/P&L management leading to EBIDTA

- Delivered revenue and managed customer acquisitions, design customized and profitable products, driven customer retention & managed all dimensions of finance leading to EBIDTA targets for the assigned Locations.

- Managed the sales delivery across B2C and B2B channel, market development, brand building, channel development and Workshop segment, alignment with corporate and regional budget management

- Professional will lead the business strategy and growth plans in Business and he will work on developing and operationalizing strategy for achieving monthly and annual business targets- revenue, EBITDA, CSATs, partner development, etc.

- Will lead Sales & Acquisition, Small Cell Business and Deployment teams in respective circle while managing business development, customer service, circle operations and solution delivery

- Manage circle P&L while ensuring top line revenue growth along with achieving set annual targets and optimising costs to ensure increasing profitability

- Will report to MD and Board and act as the bridge between the corporate and State level strategies and alignments

The Successful Applicant :

The successful candidates should have:

- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Telecom industry Preferred

- A demonstrated experience of leading teams, expanding business, and achieving ambitious results in a region, circle or large zone

- Excellent new business development orientation coupled with the capabilities to cultivate current relationships for business growth

- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities along with multi-cultural leadership experience
