Description - Leadership role to develop, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the organisation's business objectives.

Description :

- Active role in planning & coordination of capital structuring in form of debt / equity / other instruments for optimum balance between returns & risk

- Convert the organization's strategy and goals to action plans for business operations, creating alignment of Operations, financial, HR and other departments

- Lead Business Transformation, Business Process, Multiple business projects and Cost Management projects (multi-country, multi-platform etc.)

- Supervise key and material contract vetting, contract and vendor negotiations, contract management, risk mapping of contracts and businesses, due diligence and regulatory compliance's

- Ensure effective Business Continuity Planning with appropriate Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery Plans in place

Profile :

- Proven ability for implementing and monitoring operational controls, business development, managing relationships & strong corporate governance in Shipping Industry.

- Strong motivator and team player with effective leadership, communication, decision making, problem solving & interpersonal skills, together with a bottom-line corporate focus and results-driven attitude
