Chief Operating Officer - Retail

- Responsible for complete operations including all retail units, logistics & supply chain, quality management, technology, procurement & materials, commercials, maintenance etc

- Grow operations to next level wrt P&L, productivity, profitability, commercials, costing, inventory etc

- Set up new units, learn & adapt to market dynamics, understand the pulse of business in different locations, familiar with -retail issues

- Implement best systems, controls, processes & practices

- Provide leadership to team, build macro management thinking, systematically introduce innovative processes & systems for productivity gains

- Plan implementation & by pre-empting customer needs; liaise with all out-sourced agencies, vendors, principals

- The leader with great communication & personality & ability to get work done; capable of managing 10x growth in 2/3 years
