A leading Real Estate/Property Development firm (a global joint venture) specializing in residential projects, office spaces, commercial centers, high-tech industrial parks and cargo facilities. The Group is backed by a MNC Conglomerate from Europe.The Total cost of the Project could be in the range of Rs 1500 Crores.

Role:

This is an ideal role for a CFO who have already distinguished themselves as a best in class financial executives and are now looking to advance their careers. Besides Financial acumen, this role requires Strong Leaderships and Inspiring Communication skills.

Job Description :

- Responsible and accountable for the overall operations of the Projects in Chennai and another city in South India.

- Responsible for setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's market share, profitability and return on investment.

- Conduct periodic strategic reviews of performance to determine whether the organization is meeting its short-and long-term objectives and monitor the performance of each project.

- Guide, direct and lead the Executive Management Team comprising of Project management, Business Development, Finance, HR etc

- Report to the Top Management on the Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Cash-flows and advise

Candidate Profile :

- A qualified Chartered accountant or MBA - with Finance Specialization

- Post-qualification experience of minimum 20 years

- At least 10+ years in financial leadership roles preferably as the Chief Financial officer.

- Should have managed funds/project of more than Rs 500 Crores

- Experience in handling multi crore projects for Real Estate / Construction organizations would be a value add

- Should be based out of Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai

- Should be a thought leader and inspire the stake holders.

- Proficient in interacting with MNC Board

Compensation : Base Salary : Rs 50 to 60 lakhs + variables
