Chief Operating Officer - Public Health NGO

- Collaborate with the Founder, CEO and the Leadership team to develop, plan and implement 5 year strategy

- Lead and mentor the Leadership team fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Continuously monitor the program performance with a data driven analytical approach to help the programs scale and sustain alongwith the Programs team

- Plan and implement projects across M&E and Research alongwith Research and M & E teams

- Develop deep relationships with the Government at the Central and State levels by engaging in regular meetings, reviews and events.

- Represent the organisation in local and international conferences as a speaker

- Develop and manage budgets, utilisation, and forecasts and implement cost-effective measures to ensure the sustainability alongwith the Finance team

- Lead the HR team in talent acquisition, team development, and operations.
