We are looking out for seasoned and enthusiastic FMCG professionals, who aspire for P & L role as a #COO with a an emerging FMCG & Healthcare Set up.

Job Description:

- We are looking for a high-performing candidate to head the business. He will be responsible for the formulation and execution of the strategic plan that turns the Organisation into the first port of call in India for niche consumer brands looking at India Entry.

- He will be a strong dynamic leader with extensive experience, vision, and knowledge of the FMCG Industry and how it is evolving in the digital era by adopting to current trends on E-Commerce and Direct to Consumer.

- The COO will be leading a team of Sales professionals, E-Commerce Account Managers, HR, Logistics, Finance & Digital Marketing Experts. He will be required to handle entire gamut of sales through various channels like Modern trade, Ecommerce, DTC and select premium general trade.

- He will be responsible for interacting with foreign consumer brands and clinch them as clients of the company.

- The right fit would be someone with a Good Pegiree (Preferably Tier 1 & 2) , experience in all channels of FMCG Sales, with Focus on Ecommerce & MT and preferably some stint in Marketing .

Experience of 8 + years post MBA (Tier 1, 2) / MBA + 15+ years of experience
