KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Act as the leader of the India office (Bangalore) and have overall responsibility for all the solutions being delivered from there. - Have delivery oversight over the 3 broad streams of work - Consumer Analytics, Customer Analytics and Custom Visualization solutions - Be the leader and face of a large (500 people +) delivery organization with employees of various skillsets and experience levels - P&L ownership for India, Prepare budgets and manage them, work with the CEO/CFO to achieve company profitability goals - Leverage past experience to bring in best practices and continuously drive delivery excellence across the 3 work streams - best practices might need to be tailored to the different work streams - Own the resourcing and recruiting for the India delivery center and work with HR Lead to meet recruitment goals - Be a member of the leadership team and help to meet company goals. - Work with client servicing leads and sales team to understand pipeline and ensure the team is staffed and ready to deliver - Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of the company or its staff in meeting objectives and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. - Set goals and targets for the delivery organization and evaluate them against set goals - Lead collaboration with other teams on projects/initiatives that are delivered together across teams - Travel upto 30% - Role success requires that you be a true people and deliver leader that drives business excellence by : (a) Driving delivery excellence across a large organization (b) Works collaboratively with different groups to bring new ideas, processes and work streams ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : - Experience of managing large delivery organizations in analytics services - P&L management experience - Experience of working with diverse functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. - Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills - Ability to multi-task, work with several colleagues and clients at the same time and across different time zones - Bachelors + MBA
