Chief Operating Officer - Philanthropic Foundation

To make sure that the impact that we create reaches new heights and as an organization we grow in the right direction, we are on the look-out for hiring for the position of COO for our organization

The COO will be a part of a multi-stakeholder platform comprising philanthropic foundations, corporates, implementation partners, etc. Initiative taken from this platform is related to reviving livelihoods affected by the pandemic and building resilience for the long term.

Responsibilities :

- Bring together external and organizational insights to create an aspirational annual plan for the platform.

- Design, Develop and implement relevant processes for the various internal teams within the platform.

- Conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive end-to-end work review process. Keep a strong hold on process integrity and compliance for all financial and governance related processes for the platform.

- Work towards the creation of impact goals for each project that we undertake and facilitate a deep focus on looking at our work and success through the beneficiary impact lens.

- Work with implementation teams to design and implement projects to achieve the beneficiary impact and learning goals.

- Own the creation and execution of an overall communications plan for the platform and for the individual projects with the same.

- Representing the organization on external physical and virtual forums. Create an overall team structure for the platform.

- Develop deep and meaningful relationships with stakeholders, funders and clients.

Key Skills Required :

- 15+ Years of experience with a mixture of corporate and social sector, with 5+ years of leadership experience.

- Comfortable with the dynamic nature of the role.

- Strong project and process management skills.

- Exposure to strategy, CSR and private foundations would be a definite advantage.
