- Our client is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, with a set up in North India. Manufacturing for multiple international markets, this organisation is poised to grow rapidly on the back of their strong research and technical capabilities.

Job Description :

Leading the operations for multiple plants, you will be responsible for :

- Operations and manufacturing for 3 plants producing pharmaceutical products

- Working closely with the CEO of the organisation to drive strategic objectives on the ground

- Managing all functions at the plant level to serve as a conduit between operations and the management team

- Delivering quality to meet international standards

- Growth and development of the team working with you

Profile :

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will :

- Have at least 20 years of prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector

- Presently be managing operations for multiple facilities

- Come with extensive knowledge of quality and regulatory standards for different geographies

- Bring strong technical knowledge to be able to execute and devise quality improvement plans

- Work closely with the CEO to drive company level objectives
