Experience : 18 or more years ( Experience in API and CRAMS company is required) - Primarily the Candidate should possess strong knowledge and should have experience of Production, Engineering, Tech Transfer and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). For Production we are looking at the following attributes : - Past Experience in Pharmaceutical/Specialty/Chemical Industry - Should Have Experience in Handling Production from Gram Level (Small) to Ton Level (Large Scale). - Past Experience should be of Multi Products using various chemical reactions like Hydrogenation, Fiddle Craft, Cynation, Reduction and other Unit Reactions. For Engineering we are looking at the following attributes : - Maintenance (Should have knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation) - Process Engineering - New Projects Budgeting & Implementation. For Technology Transfer we are looking at the following attributes : - R&D Knowledge of Diversified Chemistry - Process Engineering Knowledge for Sizing of Equipment - Trouble Shooting Solutions for Scale Up For EHS we are looking at the following attributes : - Complete Knowledge of Zero Liquid Discharge Operations. - Effluent Management - Liasoning Capabilities at Local & National Level - Hazop & HIRA Knowledge for Process Safety - Safety Standard Knowledge for Running a Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Specialty Company - He should have proven track record in P&L Management / Yield Improvement / Cost Controls - Candidate should be able to take up the Site Responsibility for Managing Close to 500 People.
