JD :
- The COO will maintain oversight of the Company's Sales and Marketing, Operations including Production, Procurement, Engineering,Quality, Supply Chain Management, Research and Development Finance and Human Resources.
- He will have responsibility towards operational and systems upgrades and drive continuous improvement in performance at the global level.
- Supporting goals and initiatives specific to the Company's business lines.
- Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead timely integrations of potential add-on acquisitions with a focus on both operational and growth initiatives.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Establish coherent and state-of-the art sales strategy and tactics globally, taking into account competitive intelligence regarding sales practices, as well as lessons from broader organization.
- Provide day-to-day business leadership and management as part of the senior leadership team.
- Contribute strategic thinking to drive overall business performance & shareholder value creation.
- Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of assigned products to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
- Provide the managerial guidance and business acumen to successfully meet the company's continued regulatory goals.
