Chief Operating Officer - O&G Engineering

- This role is responsible to Leads the company and team to higher levels, make major corporate decisions, manage the overall operations and resources of the company.

- Act as the main point of communication between the CEO / Board of directors (the board) and corporate operations .

- Drives the performance of the organisation by setting business goals and performance indicators, and ensuring profitable revenue growth.

- Develops the organisation by shaping culture, values and behaviour, and leads networking with key strategic stakeholders.

- Oversee daily operations of the company (Operations, IT, Finance etc.)

- Lead the sales, business development, and marketing functions.

- Set operational direction for the organisation
