Chief Operating Officer - Nutraceuticals

Experience - 12 Plus years post qualification experience; in Head Business, P&L, Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Business Development. Exposure to Heading a Consumer Business Division.

- Should have Headed entire P&L responsibility for FMCG / Food / Nutrition Division or should have operated as a Top 2 Positions in a larger company in the Pharma / Retail / Consumer Goods/ FMCG Industry. Should have handled end to end Business Operations, Sales, Distribution and Marketing.

Key Result Area -

- Development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization

- Work with a top tier management team dedicated to developing, manufacturing and selling world-class products and services, act as the key face of the company, develop new customers and channels to market and manage existing customer and channel partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved and shareholder value is delivered. While all aspects of the Company's business require focus in Nutrition business growth and profitability is especially important to the long term success.

- Lead the organization's annual business planning and goal setting in line with the overall business strategy.

- Be responsible for the P&L of the organization.

- Direct and assist the development and execution of various marketing plans in accordance with business strategy. Continuously evaluate performance and evolve these plans for future.

- Extensively look for opportunities to grow the operations geographically in India and abroad and evaluate opportunities to New Products in line the overall Business Strategy.

- Develop and build relationship with all Key Stakeholders.

- Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators.
