Chief Operating Officer - NGO

Arthan as a part of a building Sustainable Human Capital practices in the impact sector is looking for two Chief Operating Officer profiles for two different NGOs in Mumbai and Delhi.

1. Atleast 10-15 years of experience of managing large teams + Overall Admin and Ops incl. HR & Finance.

2. Some experience in Fundraising experience

3. Looking for a challenge, creative/ innovative

4. Sensitive to compliance and finance. Someone who can be both a COO and CFO in simple terms under one ambit.

5. Understanding of grant management and strong donor management.

6. Flexible in terms of CTC as these are NGO roles.

7. 2 openings- one Delhi and one Mumbai.
