Chief Operation Officer : Job Description : - Spearhead the drive towards best in class processes through optimization of workflows, automation, mobility solutions and business process re-engineering - Contribute towards development of Business strategy and ensure Alignment of the organization to the same - Define and articulate standards for achieving business processes to ensure six sigma quality of delivery - Continually review re-assess risks and opportunities associated with processes and guidelines in order to ensure smooth operations and ensure compliance across all areas of responsibility - Act as the business Partner across all Business verticals to drive customer satisfaction - Develop and Mentor talent with the appropriate competencies required within the Operations function to effectively support the business needs - Leverage innovation and industry best practices for reengineering of business processes, automation, service, productivity, compliance and cost optimization initiatives - Monitor and review performance of existing operational backbone for all Core Operations vertical/department, with a view to optimize productivity and cost - Design and execute robust back office goals to support evolving long-term business strategy - The role involves strategizing organization growth path and aligning it with internal functions as to achieve the maximizing growth prospects - Desired incumbent is to review and evaluate present and future business opportunities, threats and risks in the external environment and current and future strengths to achieve the business objectives. - Extensive experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record - Ensures the company operates in a cost-effective manner and propose an annual budget and cost framework for organization - Hands on Exposure to BFSI Industry preferable in NBFC - Strong, process, financial and business acumen - Ethical management and integrity - Must exhibit personal responsibility and maintain high standards by continually seeking opportunities to increase effectiveness, efficiency and quality of existing work processes, methods and systems - Superior critical thinking skills and mastering complex subject matter quickly
