- Responsible to ensure enhancement of capacity utilization of various facilities and improve productivity of work force. Responsible for enhancing revenues and overall profitability in patient care services. Spearheading the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies spelt out by the Chairman. Provide management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective and integrated clinical services.

- Manage the P & L of patient care services that includes the main Shree Krishna Hospital, Privilege Centre, Cardiac Centre, Critical Care Centre, CDL & Blood Bank and Home Healthcare Services. Undertake initiatives to increase revenue in each of these areas. Lead and direct timely execution of new Hospital projects and initiatives under Bhaikaka University. stablish & maintain budgetary control and ensure cost optimization across all functions of the support services.

- Develop key result areas and key performance indicators for all support service departments and monitor departmental performance on a quarterly/six monthly and annual basis. Monitor budgets, forecasts & operational plans to ensure that the yearly targets are exceeded and revenue maximization opportunities are focused upon and capitalized.

- Work with heads of various departments in rolling out process changes and streamlining systems as per the best practices followed in the health-care industry. Establishing and monitoring different cost centres in patient care services and support services in order to assess to profitability and analyze cost and consumption patterns.

- To work closely with systems department in order to enhance the current Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Management Information Systems (MIS) in order to enhance information integrity, reduce duplication of data/errors and provide a robust data capturing and reporting systems.

- To work with the Customer Relations Group to accelerate marketing and business development initiatives in order to increase patient flow and footfalls through corporate tie-ups, heart to heart program, health care camps, satellite OPD's and marketing of doctors. Increase the social media presence of patient care services with the support of Corporate Communications, create a unique brand of different services offered through various social media platforms.

- Evolve a social media marketing strategy in order to engage and educate patients and the relatives and such target customers wanting to avail medial treatment. Increase the business volumes and revenues from TPA's (Third Party Administrators)/Cashless/ Corporate Tie-ups. Work closely with the GM-Customer Relations Group in retaining the existing clients and working on acquisition of new clients

- Oversee the quarterly/six monthly/yearly performance and revenue generations by super specialists. Design strategies to increase out patients, inpatients, procedures and diagnostic tests done by super specialists. Address the concerns of the super-specialists and provide support through departments of nursing, human resources, customer relations group, accounts department.

- Oversee the working of the Materials Management being part of the senior management in negotiation of contracts, purchase of equipment and consumables at optimal rates, optimize stocking in different stores so that all consumables are readily available. Streamline hospital maintenance functions by addressing issues related to annual maintenance, supervise different maintenance sections like HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Biomedical. Develop and manage equipment inventory and optimize the maintenance functions so that uninterrupted services are provided to the hospital

- Supervise the operations of extension centres of the BU in the peripheral area. Recommend and execute strategies to improve profitability of the centres Overseeing strong workforce development through recruitment and retention, training and development, employee satisfaction and engagement, maximizing growth potential of employees and strong succession planning.

- Establish accountability and ownership of deliverables for the General Managers/Heads of Support Services reporting to him/her. Closely monitor and oversee the functioning of outsourced services like Security, Housekeeping, Bio medical Waste Management ensuring that they are up to mark. Analyze service agreements with the outsourced services, approve annual budgets for outsourced services and control cost of services within the defined budget Closely monitor the functioning of hospitality services, enhance food safety and profitability.

- Work on expansion and improvement of the services to the full satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders. Liaison with different government and regulatory agencies in order to procure and update various licenses of the Hospital. Evolve an annual dashboard on all regulatory compliances and licenses for the hospital in order to keep the relevant departments aware about the necessary documentation required for renewal of licenses.

- To ensure that quality nursing services are delivered by working with the Chief Nursing officer. Handle nursing related grievances, fix nursing manpower annually and be part of the nursing committee meetings. Lead the NABH quality initiatives of the Hospital in conjunction with Associate Dean-Clinical Excellence and Accreditation for the hospital, nursing excellence, blood bank and central diagnostic laboratory. Work with different stake holders to ensure compliance related to NABH standards.

- Lead various committee meetings related to quality initiatives and compliances. Facilitate smooth and effective functioning of non-clinical operations i.e. Pharmacy, laundry, MRD, PRO and registration so that adequate support is provided to medical and nursing services. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Chairman
