Hub COO- Mobility- Telecom Company- Punjab
- To head the mobility business for Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana circles of the company.
- Key deliverables are to establish leadership position in RMS/CMS/Profitability and also to meet internal plans.
Principal Accountabilities :
Accountabilities Major Activities :
- Revenue and Profit target Achievement
- Achievement of pre and post pay sales targets in circle; Drive High ARPU
- Manage circle level sales strategy to meet revenue and EBITDA targets
- Increasing sales through cross sell of data and voice
- Review operational and financial metrics to monitor function-wise progress
Overall management of Sales, Marketing and Distribution operations :
- Improvement in sales & delivery processes directed towards capability building
- Lead marketing efforts across product lines (Pre-pay, Post-pay, Data, 3G)
- Develop strategies to achieve market leadership in Revenue, RMS & CMS
- Ensure full unification of CDMA and GSM operationally
- Develop programs, implement processes to improve sales force productivity
Channel management :
- Development and management of in-bound and out-bound channels
- Develop effective on-line performance parameters for sales team & channel partners to regularly review and provide feedback
- Maintain quality of distribution and mix of distributors with good ROI
- Monitor on time channel payout and various sales incentive programs
- Ensure regular dealer satisfaction surveys and identify areas for improvement
Shared With Circle Sales, Marketing and Distribution Heads :
- Design circle sales strategy as per AOP and corporate guidance
- Ensure sales targets, tariff structure, new products are designed to meet ARPU and REC net add targets
- Sales review and monthly target setting
- Establish and monitor processes for Distributor appointment, Outlet expansion, product availability, trade recommendation
- Share knowledge on best practices across circles
Others :
- Conduct a full team meeting with Head - Sales, Marketing, Distribution once every month
- Review performance of all 3 functions weekly
- Interact with marketing daily in the first week of each month to monitor product launches

Skills & Knowledge :
Educational Qualifications :
- Preferably a BE & MBA from premier Institutes.
Relevant and total years of Experience
- Total experience to be in the range of 20-22 years.
- Telecom experience of 10-15 years will be preferred.
