Position - Delhi Head Office (1)

Education - Post Graduate from Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) with specialization in Agri- Business Management, Marketing & Micro- finance.

Also IRMA people post graduating out of IIFM - Indian Institute of Forest Management

Soft skills & Personality - Excellent communicator, analytically strong, willing to relocate & open to travel frequently.

Work experience:-

1. Minimum 15+ years with major Microfinance companies at different levels.

2. Should have had exposure to set up a States/Zone/region from a scratch.

3. In last assignment should be heading an entire region for Micro Finance BD, Operations & Risk Free Portfolio management.

4. Portfolio size should be considerably high minimum 100-300 Crores & above.

5. Team size at region - above 250 people.

Monthly Salary (in Rs.) - negotiable as per the budget. plus benefits & reimbursements).
