KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Managing Secured and Unsecured Loan product sales across the branch channel. - Lead the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives - Provide strong, compassionate and visible leadership which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects - Through extensive community involvement, create the Company's position in being a community partner providing broad, multi-product microfinance solutions to the large number of businesses and customers in the markets. - Develop organizational plans, budgets and financial controls to meet strategic plans and objectives and ensure communication of such to appropriate internal management. - Attract, develop and retain a talented and motivated regional team of loan officers and managers. - Ensure high standards of quality and professional financial management are met at all times. KEY QUALIFICATIONS : - Ideal candidate must have at least 20 years of extensive experience within the banking industry, preferably with exposure to micro-lending, managing Business.
