Job Description

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

Organizational / Strategic

- To develop a strategic vision for Mpower.

- Responsible for establishing short, medium, and long- term strategy with the immediate objective of driving the detailed planning process.

- Responsible for translating the strategic plans into well-defined operational plans to meet objectives.

- Lead planning & budgeting, define & put in place suitable performance management metrics to monitor performance against set targets

- Oversee daily operations, develop & implement new ideas, growth strategies by performing rigorous analytical & qualitative and quantitative analysis. Create business plans for promising expansion opportunities.

Functional

- Create & execute the annual, medium-term & long-term plans whilst driving cost optimization.

- Plan, build & nurture the resources, leadership for delivery of the annual plan.

- Nurturing,mentoring & retention would be a key aspect of the role.

- Provide functional expertise in the nature of best practices to ensure realization of financial plans.

- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and implement solutions to improve processes.

- Lead implementation of policies, SOPs in all functional areas. To ensure that all centres operate in accordance with all statutory and norms and practices and is financially viable in the short and long term.

- Support key decision making related to business model, growth and customer acquisition.

- Identify and build partnerships wherever necessary to build credibility, knowledge transfer, speed up execution and support growth.

- Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities both, in India & internationally.

Client Service

- Engagement with medical and other related mental health professionals.

Engage and motivate the team to deliver quality standards of service.

- Ensure consistent and high quality delivery of services by providing oversight, of delivery, resolution of practice related problems.

- Establish appropriate quality standards for Wholistic care across all services provided by setting up key internal processes and structures needed for growth and efficiency based on established global best practices.

Total Years of Experience: 15 years+

Educational Qualification & Overall Experience:

MD/DPM/Graduate + Masters in Management/ Business Operations

Overall management and leadership experience in mental health sector, hospitals and other health care initiatives.
