Our client is a new age media group with great track record. They are looking to grow exponentially and are therefore looking to onboard a COO/Managing Partner for the business

Description :

- Business Strategy : defining long term strategic goals and ensuring alignment of the business and teams to the goals

- Define Sales and Marketing processes to maximise revenue potential

- End to end P&L responsibilities of the existing and new categories

- Discovery of new business models and scaling up existing models

Profile :

1. P&L management experience in the Media and Entertainment industry

2. Team handling experience

3. Experience in managing and converting large accounts

4. Relationship management with Artists

6. Experience : 12 years +
