Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing Unit

- Graduate engineer with 20+ years of experience in a mechanical manufacturing industry,

- Minimum 5 years must be as head of plant operations.

- Candidates with an MBA degree shall be preferred.

JD :

- Directing operations - Manufacturing, supply chain,Delivery function of the business.

- Coordination with Technical, R&D, Quality teams for customer delivery on time with agreed quality.

- Conceptualization and implementation of standard operating procedure.

- Monitoring work force so that optimum output can be achieved.

- Risk Management and monitoring of HSE function.

- Making of business plan, strategy and advising management on same.

- Preparation of budget and control.

- Cost control and Cost reduction.

- Customer focus and service within time.

- Strong analytical skills and flexibility to achieve business goal.

- Expertise of monitoring - HR, Finance, IT and legal aspects of the business.

- Reporting to CMD.

- Candidate with experience in made-to-order business monitoring are preferred.

- Additional experience in casting and machining is definitely plus.
