Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing/Retail

We are looking for a motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our clients team and take on the challenging role of driving the company's operational performance. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing the teams that work in each area of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain productive relationships with department heads and other stakeholders

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met

- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

- Oversee financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

- Lead organizational change initiatives

- Create and manage an effective organizational structure

- Monitor technology trends and make informed decisions on investments

- Develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction

- Perform risk assessment and take appropriate mitigating

Prefer Candidates with IIM MBA background with good percentile (3.0 and above)
