Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing/Auto/Auto Ancillary/Chemicals

Position: COO / Operation Head

Reporting to: Management Team

Responsibilities :

- Handle all day to day operation of Plants.

- Build a team using existing and new members.

- Implementing new strategies

- Handling multiple plants and production operations

- Knowledge of International logistics import and export.

- Business process control and improvements.

- Health and safety

- Develop every function and make leaders

Functions to be handled:

- Production, PPC, Quality, Purchase, Inventory, Logistics, Security, Systems, Auditing

Requirement :

- Able to manage an existing team

- Decision making on behalf of management

- Has exp working with consultants and implementing new strategies

- Problem-solving

- Skills to make the best of the team using existing and new people

- Exp. With Review Mechanisms

- Supporting the CEO and MD

- Exp. In transforming a family-run factory into a professional company
