- Driving the Business Excellence and Operational Excellence Agenda of the company.

- Responsible for the implementation of Company strategies

- Accountable for Business results, within the budget and resources allocated

- Support the MD in developing and implementing the Company business strategy encompassing all the products, markets and operations.

- Regularly monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of Company and guide the implementation of process improvement initiatives for continuous evolvement

- Monitor environment and safety related aspects at Company and take overall accountability for ensuring adherence to all applicable industry standards and compliances.
