Chief Operating Officer - Manufacturing

- Responsible for complete operations including all manufacturing units, quality circles, technology, procurement & materials, manufacturing commercials, maintenance, systems etc

- Grow systems & production to next level with respect to productivity, profitability, commercials, costing, inventory etc

- Set up new plant, learn & adapt to technology, understand business & pulse of plants, familiar with machine issues

- Implement best systems, controls, processes & practices using SAP; Responsible for plant standards & plant P&L

- Encourage use of modern methods like TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, JIT etc; Build quality thinking to International standards

- Provide leadership to team, build macro management thinking, systematically introduce innovative processes & systems for productivity gains

- Preempt customer needs & resolve problems; local liaising with competent authorities

- Leader with great communication & personality & ability to get work done and Grow to CEO in 3-4 years & capable of managing 4x growth in 5 years

- BE, 18-23 years of experience, 40-45 years of age, Rs.70-90 lakhs per annum
